Arcadis, a leading global design and consultancy firm, has welcomed Heena P. Santry, MD MS FACS, as Principal in the US Healthcare Practice. Dr. Santry joins Arcadis at a pivotal moment in its expansion, bringing her healthcare strategy and thought leadership to position the firm as a one-stop provider for health system design and development rooted in a long legacy of fostering healthy communities.
As a physician deeply committed to improving health outcomes, Dr. Santry will leverage her extensive background as a surgeon, health services researcher, and patient advocate to drive impactful, patient-centered innovations in healthcare design at Arcadis. With a career dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery and ameliorating adverse social determinants of health, Dr. Santry’s insights in population and public health, clinical medicine, and quality improvement will allow her to create highly responsive, integrated solutions tailored to today’s healthcare challenges.
